Bayer’s Xarelto campaign, to gives a real sense of
trust, confidence, and reliability—experienced first handed.

 
 
 

ESC 2017 Barcelona is the world's largest and most influential cardiovascular congress.
For Bayer and Xarelto, our challenge at this congress was to establish a clear leadership
position over competitors by standing out conceptually, creatively, and visually.

Together, we aimed to break new ground. For the first time, we created a brand experience
specifically designed to engage, educate, and motivate healthcare professionals
turning the Xarelto’s carabiner campaign into an unforgettable brand experience.

The carabiner, equipped with an NFC chip, tracked delegate interactions with content
and guided them through the booth's journey. Delegates then returned the carabiner
to the commitment wall, which displayed their personalized messages and created an installation.

At the journey's end, our representatives asked delegates to opt in for more information,
forming a database of new leads for post-congress follow-up. The architectural layout
of the entire space was designed for smooth transitions between booths, hospitality areas,
and presentation seminars.
